Production Supervisor - Solar Manufacturing

Sundigo Solar Manufacturing Inc. is a newly established solar component manufacturing facility in Lyerly, GA. We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing floor operations and help build our production team from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the manufacturing floor
• Lead, train, and develop production team members
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Track and report production metrics: output, efficiency, scrap rate, downtime
• Collaborate with management on production planning and process improvements
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet specifications
• Coordinate with supply chain on raw material inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience
• 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Solar panel/module manufacturing or electronics assembly experience (preferred)
• Bilingual in Chinese/English or Spanish/English (a plus)
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience (a plus)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
