Responsibilities Load materials into machines and remove finished parts Inspect connectors for basic quality and appearance issues Keep work area clean and organized Package completed parts for shipment or next production step Maintain steady production pace while meeting daily goals Skills Ability to stand for extended periods during shift Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a team environment Basic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work safely around production equipment
