DESIGNER / SUPERVISOR LOCATION

: Madison, Ga Full Time | Competitive Pay | Benefits Available We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Designer / Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a motivated professional with strong technical drafting skills and proven management experience.

Responsibilities:

Create and revise detailed AutoCAD drawings and production documents. Manage manufacturing projects from concept through production. Lead and mentor production and drafting personnel. Coordinate with sales, production, vendors and customers to ensure project success. Maintain drawing standards, documentation and revision control. Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality and productivity. Oversee production scheduling, workflow, quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of AutoCAD experience. Previous management or supervisory experience required. Strong understanding of manufacturing, metal fabrication or industrial production. Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Experience with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software is a plus.
