We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations and drive productivity, quality, and employee engagement within our facility. Position Summary Directs and coordinates activities related to the production of company products. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals, quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations are consistently achieved while leading and developing plant employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Confer with management to establish production and quality control standards, product specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules. Plan and direct production activities while establishing priorities to support efficient operations and cost objectives. Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to maximize productivity and equipment utilization. Review and analyze production, quality, maintenance, and operational reports to identify and resolve performance issues. Develop and implement process improvements designed to increase efficiency and enhance product quality. Adjust production schedules and priorities as needed due to equipment issues or changing business demands. Work closely with engineering teams regarding machinery and equipment modifications to improve operational performance. Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Leadership Responsibilities Supervise departmental manufacturing employees. Provide overall direction, coordination, and performance management for the team. Train, coach, and develop employees. Plan, assign, and direct work activities. Conduct performance evaluations. Recognize and reward strong performance. Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues in accordance with company policies. Qualifications Self-motivated leader with a strong work ethic. Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Team-oriented mindset. Experience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Sound business judgment. Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Project management experience preferred.
