Job Overview Rev1 Energy is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to support commissioning activities on a power generation project in the Newnan, Georgia area. Long-term project currently scheduled through July 2027. This position will support plant commissioning and startup activities and is best suited for an experienced power-generation operations professional who has worked in a commissioning, startup, or plant operations environment. Responsibilities Provide operations supervision and support during commissioning and startup activities Coordinate with commissioning, operations, construction, and project personnel Support safe startup, testing, turnover, and operation of plant systems Assist with operational readiness and system turnover activities Provide direction and oversight to operations personnel as required Support plant procedures, safety requirements, LOTO, and site operating practices Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of operational issues during commissioning Communicate effectively with project leadership and other disciplines Skills Previous power plant operations experience Previous commissioning and/or startup experience strongly preferred Experience in combined-cycle, simple-cycle, gas turbine, steam turbine, or other thermal power generation environments preferred Previous supervisory, lead operator, shift supervisor, or operations leadership experience Strong understanding of plant safety and operating procedures Ability to work effectively in an active commissioning/startup environment

Pay:

$65.00 - $70.00 per hour
