Salary:

$45,000 to $50,000 / year Job Description. We are a growing pet treat manufacturer and E-commerce company. We produce an exclusive line of pet treat products with human grade proteins. We are looking for a production supervisor that can grow with the company.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be Bilingual; English/Spanish . 2.

Hours:

Flexible between 10am

• 9pm.

3. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a production-based food manufacturing environment and/or commercial kitchen. 4. Must have at least 1 year experience supervising a minimum of 4 employees. 5. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. 6. Must be able to provide 3 references that can substantiate your work experience and character. If you cannot meet the above minimum requirements do not apply. Job requirement. 1. Able and comfortable operating manufacturing equipment and supervising equipment operators. 2. Must be able to follow directions and stay productive without constant supervision. 3. Ability to establish priorities, goals, deadlines and meet them. 4. Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive attitude. 5. Must have excellent time management, problem solving, planning and judgement skills. 6. Must be flexible, able to handle shifting priorities and projects according to production requirements. 7. Must have a "Safety First" mind set. 8. Must have a "Quality First" mind set.
