The successful candidate will lead daily production activities, support and mentor team members, identify process improvements, investigate root causes of operational issues, and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and performance. What We're Looking For Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and make sound decisions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail Requirements BS or MS degree in a life science field or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, laboratory, or similar environment Experience supervising, leading, training, or mentoring employees Ability to obtain respirator certification upon hire Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
