This Role Isn't for Everyone It is for the production leader who thrives when things move fast, volumes are growing, and there is an opportunity to build something better. Roma Moulding is growing our print-on-demand and custom framing operation at our new Atlanta-area facility, and we are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to help us scale. This is not traditional batch manufacturing. Our environment combines digital printing, custom framing, assembly, and fulfillment, where individual customer orders need to move quickly and accurately through production. If you understand high-volume customized production and love leading from the floor, we want to meet you. About Roma Moulding Roma Moulding is a design-driven, innovation-led company transforming the global art and framing industry. We combine premium design with powerful production and fulfillment capabilities to serve customers across retail, interior design, hospitality, eCommerce, and direct-to-consumer channels. We print art. We manufacture frames. We assemble custom products. And increasingly, we are building the infrastructure to deliver customized art and framing products on demand and at scale.
Our ultimate goal is simple:
To Move, Inspire & WOW!!! About the Role As Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day production floor at our Atlanta facility, overseeing workflows that include digital art printing, mat cutting, moulding cutting and joining, custom framing, assembly, quality control, packaging, and fulfillment. You will manage people, production flow, labor, quality, and changing order volumes while continuously looking for ways to increase throughput and eliminate bottlenecks. This is a hands-on role. Some days you will be reviewing KPIs and planning capacity. Other days you will be troubleshooting production issues, reallocating team members, training operators, or jumping onto the floor yourself to get an important order out the door.
What You Will Own Print-on-Demand Production:
Ensure customized orders move efficiently from printing through framing, finishing, packaging, and fulfillment.
Team Leadership:
Lead, coach, train, and cross-train team members while creating a culture of accountability and performance.
Production Flow:
Balance labor, equipment, materials, and priorities to achieve daily production targets.
Track productivity, turnaround time, quality, rework, downtime, and other production metrics.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions that increase efficiency and scalability.
Problem Solving:
Respond quickly to equipment, material, quality, staffing, or workflow issues.
Communication:
Lead daily production huddles and keep the Operations Leader informed of output, challenges, priorities, and wins. What Success Looks Like Within your first six months: You have built credibility with the team as a visible, hands-on leader. Daily production targets are clearly measured and actively managed. You have identified and improved key production bottlenecks. Team members are increasingly cross-trained and able to move between production functions. Quality issues and rework are being reduced. Production is becoming more efficient, scalable, and prepared for continued print-on-demand growth. Who You Are You are a hands-on leader who wants to be on the production floor. You understand production flow, capacity, throughput, and labor management. You move quickly, make decisions, and solve problems before they escalate. You believe speed and quality must go hand in hand. You enjoy coaching people and building strong, accountable teams. You are comfortable in a growing environment where processes and priorities continue to evolve. You are always looking for ways to make production faster, smarter, and better. What You Bring 3+ years of production leadership experience in manufacturing, printing, fulfillment, or customized production. Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment. Strong knowledge of production scheduling, workflow management, quality control, and continuous improvement. Experience using production KPIs to improve performance. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bonus Points If You... Have direct print-on-demand experience. Have worked in digital, large-format, fine art, photo, or commercial printing. Have experience with custom framing, moulding cutting and joining, mat cutting, canvas, or art production. Have worked in eCommerce or D2C production and fulfillment. Have helped launch, ramp up, or scale a production facility. Have experience with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement. Final Word Our Atlanta operation is entering an exciting stage of growth as we bring together print-on-demand, art, custom framing, manufacturing, and fulfillment at scale. We need a Production Supervisor who can lead today's operation while helping us build what comes next. If you are a builder, a problem solver, and a hands-on production leader who wants to make a measurable impact, we want to hear from you.
