Ensuring a goal-oriented handling of the operative business in the area of responsibility according to cost, deadline and quality targets.

Proactive monitoring and regular review of key performance indicatorsImprove quality and productivity in collaboration with process optimizationRegular comparison and visualization of production results at shift level (performance boards, review of key performance indicators, etc.)Independent management , control and further development of subordinate employees with all necessary individual tasks (e.g. performance management)Ensuring that employees are deployed according to their qualifications. Conducting feedback, absenteeism and sick return interviewsInitiation of measures such as recruitment, exemptions, regroupings, disciplinary measures relevant to labor lawActive participation in the strategic and operational planning of the KST, CAPEX, personnel budgets.

Support and initiation of standardization projects and investment projectsContact person for audits and for complaint processing for external and internal complaints.

Participation in error analysis. Introduction of corrective and preventive measures.

Planning of maintenance and repair tasks with the relevant departments SCM, facility management and repair.

Assumption of special tasks by arrangementQualificationsAt least 3 years of technical training and successfully completed advanced training (e.g. to become a technician or technical business economist)At least 5 years of experience in the production environment (SCM, engineering, production, quality, etc.) with personnel responsibility in a comparable function.
