Telecom Underground Foreman We are currently seeking an experienced Telecom Underground Foreman to lead crews performing underground telecommunications installation and maintenance. This is a great opportunity for an experienced telecom professional with strong leadership skills who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead crews to meet project timelines and production goals Assist with training and development of crew members Read and interpret blueprints and project plans Ensure work is performed in accordance with safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations Assist the Supervisor with daily operations Communicate with property owners regarding work being performed and help resolve any concerns Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery Work outdoors in various weather conditions Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license High school diploma, GED, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and experience preferred At least 3 years of related telecom or construction experience Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work independently in remote locations and confined space Ability to operate vehicles and heavy machinery Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, and climb stairs Ability to perform tasks requiring hand strength and fine motor skills
