Job Description
GED Driver's License Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily production counts to ensure correct amounts are being produced for customers.- Knowledge of all department production and packaging(pack machines).
- Basic baking knowledge.
- Maintaining product quality.
- Oversees the cleaning and sanitation of work area to include refrigerators, tables and various equipment.
- Communicates with order desk and packers to ensure 100% fill rate.
- Responsible for securing the bakery when shift is done.
- Responsible for Food Safety Program
- Computer literate
- Education minimum 2 years of College or able to pass an Aptitude test
