- We are seeking a dedicated Client Care Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, an understanding of the disability and senior communities, a understanding of financial services and taxes and strong clerical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage client care operations
- Ensure high accuracy in record-keeping and task management
- Conduct client needs assessments and develop plans of care
- Collaborate with healthcare, legal, and financial professionals to provide efficient care management
- Manage client intake processes
- Implement case management strategies for effective client outcomes
Experience:
- Previous experience in care management, financial management, insurance, and legal office assistance
- Proficiency in English and other languages is helpful
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping skills
- Strong background in case management
