Now Hiring - Production Supervisor Ranew's Companies is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team in Allison, IA. The Production Supervisor position is responsible for first-line direction of non-exempt employees involved in production and working with front line employees. The Production Supervisor reviews production schedules, material and manpower resources. The position also assigns employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output requirements. We are only accepting applicants with solid supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse and/or industrial coating environment. All Production Supervisor candidates must have the ability to work off-shift hours, OT, and weekends based on business needs.

K Production Supervisor Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Coordinates the day-to-day activities of a team of production workers to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and waste targets; and quality standards. Monitors the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently. Informs assigned employees of production and material problems and coordinates with support groups to resolve problems affecting schedules. Participates in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment and procedures. Maintains a variety of reports, records and production documentation to reflect schedules, performance and methods. Supervises staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment are operated safely. Trains new workers in the organization's operating procedures and standards. Proficient in the use of required machinery/equipment and is able to resolve most downtime issues related to machinery/equipment maintenance. Must have the ability to work off-shift hours, OT, and weekends based on business needs.
