The 3rd shift Production Supervisor will manage plant production, warehouse, maintenance personnel to ensure customer requirements and plant schedules are met efficiently. This is a full-time 3rd shift position, exempt position that reports to the Operations Manager. Direct the work force performance through proper administration of the Company policies. Discipline directly where necessary to maintain control of operations. Assist in control and regulation of packaging operations by maintaining standard operating procedures, making prescribed changes and adjustments when necessary, and maintaining daily productions rates, yield, quality, and line efficiencies. Administer safety/health programs to meet current OSHA and Mrs. Clark's Requirements Obtain and maintain line efficiencies through the supervision and administration of company established Standard Operating Procedures. Experience:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
