Job Description

The 3rd shift Production Supervisor will manage plant production, warehouse, maintenance personnel to ensure customer requirements and plant schedules are met efficiently. This is a full-time 3rd shift position, exempt position that reports to the Operations Manager. Direct the work force performance through proper administration of the Company policies. Discipline directly where necessary to maintain control of operations. Assist in control and regulation of packaging operations by maintaining standard operating procedures, making prescribed changes and adjustments when necessary, and maintaining daily productions rates, yield, quality, and line efficiencies. Administer safety/health programs to meet current OSHA and Mrs. Clark's Requirements Obtain and maintain line efficiencies through the supervision and administration of company established Standard Operating Procedures. Train building personnel in proper operation techniques. Other duties as assigned by the Production Managers / Director of Operations Requirements Total Yrs. of
Experience:
Three years supervisory experience in food manufacturing or related industry. Monday-Friday 8pm-6am (8 Hour Shifts) Must be PC literate Attention to

Physical:
Must have ability to sit and walk for extended periods of time on a daily basis.

Must utilize all senses as normal.

Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to accommodate a quick paced environment (a quick thinker)
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
