Position Summary Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 manufacturing employees Coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and employee development Promote Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives Support welding, fabrication, stamping, forming, and punching operations 1st

Shift:
