Dubuque, IA 52001 Job Summary Lead production and/or maintenance teams while ensuring Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets are met. Manage daily production, employee performance, training, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Supervise and motivate production/maintenance employees. Assign daily work, manage staffing, and schedule overtime. Monitor production, quality, and Control Plans. Manage employee performance, feedback, and conflicts. Coordinate production schedules and priorities. Support equipment maintenance and maximize uptime. Lead safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement activities. Required Qualifications 3+years of equivalent work experience. Previous production/maintenance supervisory experience. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Knowledge of safety, quality, and production requirements. Experience with employee training and performance management. Microsoft Office proficiency.
