Dubuque, IA (Onsite) | 5 Days per Week Position Overview Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee daily production operations and support a high-performing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring production goals and customer commitments are met. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead production employees on a daily basis Promote a culture focused on Safety, Quality, and Delivery Collaborate with management to establish and execute production schedules Ensure production targets and customer delivery requirements are achieved Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members Monitor performance and hold employees accountable to established expectations Address workplace issues and resolve conflicts effectively Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations Coordinate staffing needs, overtime assignments, and daily work priorities Assist with equipment, maintenance, and operational planning Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work-related experience Prior leadership or team lead experience within a manufacturing environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate, develop, and lead diverse teams Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience managing employee performance and accountability Knowledge of manufacturing processes and workplace safety requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as production demands require Preferred Qualifications Experience with continuous improvement initiatives Production planning and scheduling experience Employee training and development experience Strong organizational and time management skills Additional Information Fully onsite position Overtime may be required based on production demands Metatarsal safety boots are required on the first day Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this position If you're a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and driving operational success, we encourage you to apply today. #LI-PH1 #INDOEM
