2993588069-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Bel Brands USA is seeking a Production Training Supervisor to lead training programs for manufacturing teams producing our iconic cheese brands. In this role, you will assess skills, develop and deliver standardized training, and coach operators to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will partner with operations leaders to onboard new employees, maintain training documentation, and support continuous improvement, safety, and food quality standards, fostering a collaborative, people-first culture on the production floor. Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and deliver training for production operators and technicians Assess skill gaps and develop training plans to support safe, efficient operations Create, update, and maintain SOPs and training materials for production processes Support onboarding and certification of new hires on equipment, safety, and quality standards Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and safety regulations and company policies Track training completion, maintain training records, and report progress to leadership Coach and mentor production staff to reinforce best practices and performance standards Partner with operations, quality, and HR to support continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills Manufacturing operations Production training design On-the-job training delivery Standard operating procedures (SOPs) Food safety and quality (HACCP, GMP) Safety and compliance training Continuous improvement/Lean principles Training documentation and tracking Performance coaching Cross-functional collaboration
