Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sheet Metal Roofing Foreman to lead and oversee roofing projects specializing in sheet metal installation. This role is vital in ensuring the successful execution of roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. As a Foreman, you will coordinate crews, manage materials, and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Your leadership will drive project momentum from start to finish, delivering outstanding results that meet client expectations. This is a full-time, year-round position. Overtime may be required. Hours vary depending on location and scope of job.

Description of Responsibilities:
Perform installation, repair and maintenance on commercial sheet metal roofing systems Work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines Oversee a crew of 6-10 Complete reporting documents Maintain truck and equipment
Required Skills:
5+ years of commercial roofing experience in various systems Ability to read documents such as specs and blueprints. Ability to supervise and motivate crew Possess a valid driver's license
