Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing Technical Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee daily manufacturing activities within our production facility. This role is vital in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will supervise technical operations, coordinate with various teams, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity. They will also uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader with strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in manufacturing environments. Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience in manufacturing, technical operations, or production support 2-5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of GMP and HACCP requirements Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities GMP experience and converting experience (e.g., slitters, sheeters, winders) are a plus Converting refers to turning a raw material — paper, plastic, film, foil, or fabric — into a finished or semi-finished product by cutting, shaping, folding, laminating, coating, or stamping it on specialized machinery.
