Job Description

Aegis is currently partnering with a long-standing, reputable manufacturing firm in Antioch to identify a Production Supervisor to join their growing team! Why Should This Excite You? Responsibilities:

Conduct regular visual line checks to ensure product quality, proper labeling, and packaging of product Review, collect and track production data, and report information and variances to management Resolve daily production issues working closely with

Customer Service, Purchasing and Logistics Requirements:

3-5+ years of experience as a supervisor/lead in a high-speed manufacturing environment MUST be bilingual in English/Spanish Experienced in overseeing 50+ employees in a manufacturing environment Proven success driving continuous improvement & team collaboration- Lean, 5S, Safety Comfortable spending 85% of the time on the production floor Please apply below if interested
