Monitor DCS systems, equipment, and workflows to hit daily production targets.
Direct swing shift operations and support Synthesis and Paste production.
Resolve process and equipment issues alongside maintenance, lab, and technical teams.
Maintain detailed batch records and logs for smooth cross-shift handoffs.
