Production Supervisor Summary Pay rate:

$28.00-$35.00/hr

Shift:

Day shift Supervise production employees, assign tasks, manage daily staffing, and lead daily production meetings covering KPIs and priorities Ensure execution of production schedules to meet on-time delivery, monitoring workflow and coordinating recovery plans as the Production Supervisor on shift Enforce plant safety rules, lead shift safety discussions, and conduct daily 6S audits to maintain a compliant, organized work environment Production Supervisor Qualifications High School Diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of production leadership experience (Lead or Supervisor level) in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (5S/6S, Kaizen, takt time, flow optimization) and

ISO 9001

quality standards Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP systems, and production software Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills PROMAN Staffing's goal is to create a great talent experience.
