Job Description
Your Day, Your Impact As our Manufacturing Equipment Reliability Supervisor, you set the tone for a safe, efficient, and growth-focused operation. Your morning begins by leading the Site Safety Program—verifying that every policy is followed, reinforcing housekeeping and 5S, and championing Beyond Zero initiatives that keep employees safe and well. From there, you align the team to site and company strategies, translating big-picture goals into clear actions everyone understands. Midday, you're the culture carrier—driving daily priorities through the leadership competencies that define our ATS culture while modeling self-motivation and emotional intelligence. You coach and develop technicians through ongoing one-on-ones, manage performance, and open doors to learning and career growth. In the afternoon, you embed our Operating System and help the Site Manager measure and report maintenance KPIs. You facilitate root cause analyses, close action items, remove barriers, and fuel continuous improvement. You communicate and escalate priorities, issues, and equipment status to the customer, strengthening a positive and profitable partnership. You also keep a close eye on expenses—labor, overtime, and materials—approving any overtime worked by the team. Before the day closes, you review work orders, ensure schedules are met, correct gaps, and lead team meetings as an influential voice. What You'll Lead Site Safety Program leadership, policy adherence, housekeeping/5S, and Beyond Zero wellness. Translation of site-level and company-wide strategy into team clarity and action. Daily execution using ATS leadership competencies; modeling self-motivation and emotional intelligence. Performance management, mentoring, and career development via ongoing one-on-one coaching.
