We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to help build and lead a 3rd shift team in a heavy manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in hands-on settings and enjoys developing teams from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ production employees Play a key role in building structure and stability on 3rd shift Train new hires and establish clear expectations for performance and accountability Drive production, safety, and quality performance on the floor Troubleshoot operational issues and support equipment as needed Maintain accurate production reporting and documentation

Qualifications:
