We are seeking a hands-on production leader to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment. This role is responsible for leading production employees, meeting production schedules, and maintaining quality and productivity standards while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. The successful candidate will provide leadership, coaching, and employee development while supporting staffing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. They will monitor key performance metrics, identify operational challenges, and drive corrective actions to improve safety, efficiency, quality, and overall plant performance. This position also plays a key role in maintaining quality systems, supporting problem-solving activities, and ensuring accurate production reporting and material flow. The ideal candidate will promote employee engagement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all areas of the operation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Prior experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills required.

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
