• (Spanish/English) Production Supervisor
• to lead our 2nd Shift operations.

This position is responsible for overseeing production activities, supporting employees, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring daily production goals are met.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$70,000-$75,000 per year , based on experience Additional bonus opportunities Monthly and quarterly KPI-based bonuses Opportunity to grow within a stable and expanding organization Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production and operations teams Lead, coach, and motivate production employees to achieve performance and quality goals Assign daily production tasks to the appropriate teams and personnel Coordinate and process customer production orders Monitor production output and ensure customer requirements are met Inspect materials, machinery, and equipment and report or address malfunctions Ensure employees follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements Maintain a safe, productive, and organized work environment Communicate production needs, issues, and performance to management Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English required Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or a related field Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of production tools, equipment, and processes Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
