We are looking for a strong Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd Shift operation in Joliet, IL. This is a hands on leadership position for someone who knows how to lead people, drive production, enforce accountability, and keep operations running safely and efficiently. What You Will Get $70,000 to $75,000 starting salary , based on experience Additional monthly and quarterly bonuses tied to KPIs Full time leadership position Opportunity to make a direct impact on production and operational performance Opportunity for professional growth within a growing organization What You Will Own As the 2nd Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day performance of your team and the overall execution of production activities.

You will:

Lead, direct, and motivate production employees Manage daily production activities and priorities Assign employees and coordinate production work Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency Drive performance against established KPIs Coordinate production orders based on customer requirements Identify and address production issues quickly Inspect materials and equipment and report or address malfunctions Train, coach, and hold employees accountable to expectations Maintain production standards and ensure deadlines are met Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety requirements Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment Communicate effectively with employees and management in both English and Spanish What We Need Previous supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, or a similar environment Fluent English and Spanish required Strong understanding of production processes, tools, and equipment Proven ability to lead and manage a production team Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast paced environment Comfortable working with production KPIs and performance expectations Strong sense of accountability and urgency Ability to work hands on with employees and operations Ability to lift up to 75 pounds This Role Is For You If...
