Job Description

Position Summary:
The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations of the production line to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role is responsible for managing production workers, monitoring workflow, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with other departments to meet production goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and coach line operators and production staff. Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to maintain production schedules. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when needed. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift documentation. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Support employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as necessary. Foster a team-oriented work environment to achieve company objectives.
Education Skills and Competencies:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems).
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. May involve exposure to moving equipment, moderate noise, and temperature changes. Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50lbs, bending, and reaching throughout shift.
Pay:
Up to $65,000.00 per year
