Description Job Type Full-time Description Stevens Industries is hiring a Production Supervisor for our 1st shift operations. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in manufacturing and a track record of leading teams to success. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule production activities to meet daily targets Ensure product quality and quantity meet company standards Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment Collaborate with engineering, logistics, HR, and maintenance teams Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively Maintain accurate production reports and records Requirements Experience supervising in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant production software Why Stevens Industries?
