Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

Job Description
Description:
- Leads, oversees & manages production, projects & Supervisors. Executes material flow and improvements along with other processes of day-to-day operations. High emphasis on production schedule delivery.
- Attending all scheduled daily production management meetings. Supporting on all issues and corrective action follow up on issues.
- Assisting Plant Manager in day-to-day operational activities.
- Production planning and scheduling.
- Supporting business KPI's and continuous improvement (Andons, recuts, on-time performance, labor goals, etc.)
- Identifies/requests/approves tools and shop supplies
- Supporting supervisors on workforce engagement and shop floor policies.
- Production organization, safety, & 5S.
- Manage overtime and labor cost/scrap reduction.
- Ensure product quality, engaging with the quality department on customer and internal requirements being met. Assure corrective actions and root cause analysis are executed.
- Coordinate production scheduling for all shifts & material handling support.
- Coordinate scheduling with tank production; oversee heavy material handling, inventory issues, storage of finished goods & customer product.
Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma Ability to read blueprints. Ability to motivate and guide team to operational success. Must be solution driven and have ability to provide support overcoming operational constraints.- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required to provide and support positive reinforcement. Within the workforce.
