Implementing performance measures and ensuring production goals are met. Ensures production resources including materials and equipment are available as needed to maintain production schedules. Leading, assigning work to, training, and meeting quality standards for our product driven by customer demand. Ensures that production employees are handling products properly. Training of new employees or employees who need re-training. Document progress. Understanding Odoo and scheduling requirements. Quality spot checks with proper documentation. Fluent in understanding ERP and scheduling requirements Ensuring that all required tasks of the production supervisor are completed safely and efficiently through meeting the company quality standards. Assuming Sr. Lead responsibilities when the Sr. Lead is not available. Maintaining a neat and clean work area free of trash debris, plastic, cardboard, etc. Performs additional duties as required. What You Will Bring Familiar with Production procedures, policies, goals and objectives. Previous team/shift lead experience. Able to use tools properly (e.g., drills, hammers, utility knife, sockets, pliers, and wrenches). Exercise caution and strict adherence to safety policies and procedures. Outstanding leadership and able to communicate with team. Ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn. The ability to learn quickly and continuously and maintain a flexible and adaptive mindset necessary for a fast-paced environment. A proactive, self-driven mindset where your growth is dependent on you. Creative problem solving; if you don't know the answer, you'll know how to find a way to it.
