About the Role As a Manufacturing Assembly Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team to drive production excellence, ensuring that all assembly, testing, and packaging processes meet rigorous quality and safety standards. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing daily workflows and fostering a culture of efficiency and professional growth within the production environment. Responsibilities Direct daily assembly operations to ensure production targets are achieved consistently. Mentor and train team members to enhance technical proficiency and operational output. Coordinate with production control to align daily tasks with broader manufacturing objectives. Monitor equipment performance and initiate maintenance requests to minimize downtime. Conduct performance evaluations to provide actionable feedback and support staff development. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance across the facility. Manage documentation and reporting to maintain accurate production logs. Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement effective problem-solving strategies. Required Skills Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and delegation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data management. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot production issues. Physical capability to navigate the production floor and lift up to 40 pounds. Preferred Skills High school diploma or equivalent certification. Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and meet tight deadlines.
