Do you enjoy coordinating people, process, and equipment to hit daily goals without compromising safety or quality? Are you comfortable making the call when production challenges pop up? If so, this role puts you at the center of a fast-moving assembly environment. What you will own Lead assembly production on your shift, keeping operations on plan. Coach and supervise production employees; deliver timely, constructive performance reviews. Partner with production control to translate daily needs into actionable assignments. Build and adjust work schedules to drive efficiency and coverage. Stay fluent in processes, machinery, and standard work. Confirm products are assembled, tested, and packaged correctly every time. Troubleshoot issues quickly; alert maintenance to equipment concerns without delay. Promote a culture of safety and ensure full compliance with policies and regulations. Audit documentation so all paperwork is accurate and properly signed. Handle additional related duties as assigned. What you bring Deep understanding of—or the ability to rapidly learn—production operations and equipment. Demonstrated supervisory and leadership strength. Clear, confident written and verbal communication. Organization and attention to detail that others rely on. Time management skills to meet deadlines consistently. Analytical thinking and practical problem-solving. Ability to set priorities and delegate effectively. Comfort with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools for reports and logs. Background Exceptional prior manufacturing experience is required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical demands Move throughout the production floor as needed. Lift up to 40 pounds.
