Hands-on experience with forklift operation, power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments. Prior experience managing production or assembly teams within a manufacturing facility. Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing methodologies. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. Warehouse experience is advantageous; familiarity with managing inventory and logistics is preferred.
