Responsibilities:

Establishes employee schedule based on production requirements. Generate production schedules to accurately reflect to sales the completion dates of manufactured product. Create, manage, and close production orders through the manufacturing department. Review order variances for accuracy. Computes amounts of stock and supplies required for operations, based on production schedules, and requisitions materials from storage area. Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties. Plans flow of materials through department(s). Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met. Inspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance to specifications. Directs workers in adjusting machines and equipment to repair products which fail to meet standards. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems. Performs activities of workers supervised. Handles disciplinary issues with shift employees. Trains, upgrades, evaluates, and reviews subordinate employees. Applies company employee/labor relations policies in all dealings with employees. Ensures the Quality Policy is understood, implemented, and maintained within department(s). Ensures that department(s) are actively participating in 5S (workplace organization) program. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises 1 to 50 employees in the various departments on production floor. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Pay:
