This role oversees daily surface-mount technology (SMT) production, supports the operator team, and helps maintain quality, safety, and production standards.

Pay:

$35.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily SMT production operations and coordinate work to meet production goals. Lead, coach, and develop SMT operators. Ensure products and processes meet quality requirements. Identify process improvements using lean manufacturing principles. Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with SMT technicians. Oversee inventory and material availability for production. Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with applicable procedures.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Three to five years of SMT manufacturing experience. At least two years of supervisory or leadership experience in an electronics manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
