Production Supervisor responsible for coordinating daily manufacturing activities, managing shop-floor execution, and supporting production performance across preprocessing, welding, and assembly operations. Job Requirements Technical degree, technical education, or equivalent manufacturing experience. 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Experience in a supervisory, team lead, or hands-on production leadership role. Experience leading or coordinating production employees in welding and assembly environments. Experience with daily production scheduling and workforce allocation. Experience monitoring production output, quality, safety, and delivery performance. Experience resolving shop-floor production issues and bottlenecks. Experience implementing improvements related to production efficiency, quality, safety, and workflow. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement methods. Familiarity with 5S, OEE, FMEA, and KPI tracking. Preferred Skills Experience in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment. Lean or Six Sigma training. Experience supporting new product introductions. Experience with production line changes and process improvement projects. Experience coordinating across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical Service functions. Experience with welding fabrication and mechanical assembly operations. Job Responsibilities Coordinate daily activities across preprocessing, welding, and assembly departments. Support production schedules and daily work priorities. Provide direction to team leaders and production employees. Monitor production output, quality, safety, and delivery requirements. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, staffing constraints, and workflow issues. Assist with daily personnel planning and employee allocation based on production needs. Maintain appropriate staffing and workflow across production areas. Support implementation and ongoing use of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, OEE, FMEA, KPIs, and other process-improvement methods. Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, quality, organization, and material flow. Train production employees on manufacturing processes, work instructions, and production requirements. Monitor compliance with safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards. Escalate significant production, safety, and quality issues as required. Coordinate production-related activities with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Technical Service, and other support functions. Support new product introductions, production line changes, and manufacturing process improvements. Assist with implementation of new or revised shop-floor processes and procedures.

Pay:
