Production Manager (CNC Lathe)

Location:

Wauconda, IL Required Experience:

CNC lathe machining experience required (7 years Swiss/lathe experience strongly preferred) Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of blueprints, tolerances, and setups Ability to problem-solve quickly and make decisions under pressure Strong communication and team leadership skills Highly organized and self-motivated

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
