We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join a well-established and highly regarded manufacturing organization located in Wheeling as they continue to expand their operations. Primary Duties Perform routine visual inspections to help maintain high standards for product quality, labeling accuracy, and packaging integrity. Monitor and document production metrics to provide management with accurate reports on performance and discrepancies. Collaborate with the Logistics, Purchasing, and Customer Service departments to help resolve operational challenges and keep workflows efficient. Professional Qualifications A minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Demonstrated history of managing large teams of 50 or more personnel in a manufacturing facility. A track record of fostering team cooperation and implementing continuous improvement initiatives like 5S, Lean methodologies, and safety protocols to boost overall performance. Ability to remain active on the production floor for the vast majority of your shift.
