What You Will Do:
Supervise union employees in a production manufacturing operation Ensure compliance with safety programs, food safety regulations, and quality management standards Apply SOPs, SPC, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement principles Manage production flow, equipment performance, and staffing to meet manufacturing targets Track productivity, efficiency, waste reduction, and manufacturing KPIs Maintain labor agreement compliance while assigning work and managing attendance Communicate effectively across shifts with maintenance, quality, engineering, and manufacturing operations teams
What You'll Bring:
