Shift and Compensation 2nd (2PM-10:30 PM) and 3rd Shift (10 PM-6:30AM) Will train on days Compensation is from 50,000 USD to 65,000 USD per year Job Duties Supervise the daily staffing to ensure meeting or exceeding expected productivity. Provide leadership, communication and direction to all team members as well as the team leaders. Manage department and individual performance through direct and indirect supervision. Oversee PTO scheduling. Ensure training is complete for all new hires/transfers; ensure the employees understand and have the knowledge and tools to be successful. Motivate and set expectations for new employees as well as our seasoned team members. Supervise the daily production ensuring the IG lines have the parts needed to meet production needs Safety is our number 1 priority: Ensure team members understand the expectations and adhere to. Provide the proper PPE and make sure the PPE is worn at all times while working. Ensure all accidents/near misses are reported to the safety manager within 24 hours and participate in accident investigations. Support and participate in continuous improvement activities as well as 5S initiatives. Background Profile High School Diploma Associate Degree or the equivalent practical experience. Two or more years of experience in a supervisory role. Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
