The Automotive Detail Lead Supervisor role is a front-line supervisor role, responsible for directly managing and developing a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets. This role is not visa eligible.Technical & Functional Experience:
- Automotive detailing experience in automotive detailing, cosmetic repair, or auto body reconditioning.
- Supervision or Lead experience managing, leading, or acting as a senior mentor to a team of detail associates.
- Prefer background working in a high-volume or process-driven production process or manufacturing environment.
