Farbest Foods is looking for an energetic, team player to fill our Production Supervisor position at our Huntingburg facility. This is a second shift position. Farbest Foods is one of the largest turkey companies in the United States and a respected leader in the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Attaining production goals Improving work methods General supervision and training of employees Participation in continuous improvement programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong leadership and organizational skills Problem solving and data analysis skills Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills Previous Supervisory experienced preferred BS or BA degree preferred but not required
