Internship Program:

As an intern, you'll gain invaluable real-world experience by taking on a meaningful project that has a direct impact on your business. You will have the opportunity to present your work to fellow interns, managers, and our senior leadership team. Beyond your project work, our internship program will enhance your professional journey through a variety of experiences. You'll attend weekly Lunch and Learns to gain insights from leaders across departments and participate in Insights Discovery to understand and leverage your strengths and working styles. You'll also build meaningful relationships with peers, mentors, and professionals, and engage in social and volunteer events to expand your network.

Your Responsibilities:

The intern will lead a line balancing and bottleneck analysis project focused on the Slide Rail and Intercostal galvanization processes.

Responsibilities will include observing production flow, collecting and analyzing process data, identifying constraints, and recommending productivity improvements to increase throughput and efficiency.

Throughout the project, the intern will gain hands-on experience performing many of the day-to-day responsibilities of a Production Supervisor, including coordinating with production teams, supporting safety and quality initiatives, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement efforts on the manufacturing floor.

Pursuing students pursuing a degree in management or engineering

Targeting students with experience in with strong communication skills, leadership potential, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with team projects, continuous improvement activities, data analysis, or coursework related to operations, engineering, business, or manufacturing
