Job Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of 10-15 production employees to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety objectives are consistently met. Coordinate staffing and daily production activities while fostering a positive, productive work environment. Provide training, coaching, and development to employees and key production team members to improve performance and operational effectiveness. Utilize HRIS systems for timekeeping, PTO tracking, and documentation of employee performance and disciplinary actions. Provide clear communication, leadership, and technical guidance to production personnel while addressing issues that may impact productivity, quality, or safety.
