This Production Supervisor opportunity is well suited to a motivated, detail-oriented leader with supervisory experience who thrives in a regulated, quality-driven environment. In this role, you will take ownership of daily production operations within an ISO-regulated facility, balancing safety, quality, and throughput while leading a team through both routine operations and continuous improvement work. You'll be a key point of coordination between the production floor and other departments, tracking KPIs and driving accountability across your team. This is a strong fit for someone who wants full ownership over a production function, with room to grow as the team expands.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations, ensuring all scheduled orders across assigned work centers are completed on time Supervise cleanroom operations, including personnel, equipment, and process compliance with ISO and regulatory standards Track and report on KPIs related to quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and accuracy Lead meetings to address corrective actions, quality issues, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage attendance, disciplinary action, and consistent application of company policy across a team of 8-25 Facilitate team member training in line with job proficiencies and organizational requirements Develop ISO documentation with team members and ensure adherence to documented procedures Ensure safety procedures and emergency/evacuation protocols are followed consistently across the department
Qualifications:
Degree in industrial supervision and/or prior supervisory experience (around 3 years is a strong fit, though this is flexible depending on the candidate) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with close attention to detail Experience with logistics, process flow, or assembly work a plus Comfortable working with and reporting on KPIs Bilingual a strong plus Able to work between 3 PM and 12 AM. Comfortable in a physically active role, including standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and cleanroom gowning as needed
