About the Role As a Warehouse Production Supervisor, you will lead daily operations to ensure high-quality output, efficient order fulfillment, and seamless logistics. You will serve as a key bridge between management and the production team, utilizing Lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities Direct warehouse and logistics personnel, managing scheduling, performance metrics, and labor efficiency. Oversee production workflows, ensuring all manufactured products meet strict quality standards and delivery timelines. Implement Lean and 5-S methodologies to enhance safety, housekeeping, and overall facility productivity. Coordinate equipment maintenance and preventive schedules to minimize downtime and maximize asset utilization. Analyze production data and variance reports to optimize machine efficiency and material usage. Manage daily assignments, including staffing adjustments and overtime, to meet customer demand and KPI targets. Foster a positive team environment by resolving operational bottlenecks and supporting employee development. Required Skills 3+ years of leadership experience in a metal processing, steel service center, or industrial distribution environment. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools. Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data tracking. Experience with safety compliance, logistics coordination, and workforce scheduling. Valid driver's license. Preferred Skills Associate or Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. Hands-on experience with production management software and machine efficiency tracking. Proven track record in managing departmental budgets and operational KPIs.
