Description:

Supervises Production Workers and Utility Workers assigned to his/her assigned work area. Training workers over designated area on following proper processes, procedures, and documentation. Set-up of equipment.

Requirements:

Education and/or

Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus. Troubleshooting/repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and air logic breakdowns of equipment and facilities experience required.

Physical Demands:

The position requires employees to alternate from a sitting position to a standing position frequently. Repetitive motion required. Lifting, bending, twisting, and turning are required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by employees to successfully perform the essential duties.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles and outside weather conditions. The noise level is usually moderate but occasionally loud. Use of Personal Protective Equipment such as vinyl or latex gloves is occasionally required.
