• Job Title: Production Supervisor
• Job Description
• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing functions.

This role involves overseeing 6-10 shift employees, ensuring machine operators meet run and setup standards, and assisting with problem-solving, adjustments, and setups. You will also perform machining operations, monitor the production process for issues, and verify the accuracy of finished pieces using calibrated measuring tools.

• Responsibilities
• + Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

+ Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

+ Plan and direct production, establishing production priorities to ensure low costs, maximize efficiency/productivity, and meet or exceed quality standards.

+ Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps to meet customer expectations and deadlines.

+ Facilitate on-the-job training and cross-training through work assignments and mentoring to provide learning opportunities and maximize equipment use.

• Essential Skills
• + 8 years of machining experience. + 2 years of lead or supervisory experience. + Proficiency in machine operating and machine setup. + Strong supervisory skills. + Experience in production and process improvement.

• The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $77000.00/yr.
